Training is a full-time, 7-week commitment starting July 1st, 2024, working full-time through summer. What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum Intern, you'll learn and perform in a customer service capacity, providing basic customer support related to Charter services, including troubleshooting video repair issues and handling basic customer billing inquiries and payments. Employees in this role are responsible for establishing and maintaining professional and positive relationships with customers on behalf of Charter and ensuring issues are addressed consistently with company policies and practices.
