Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
• Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment 
• Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle
• Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
• Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous automotive internet sales experience is helpful but not necessary
• Experience working in a phone-based customer service or sales role is highly preferred (i.e. call center, cold calling or telemarketing)
• Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology 
• A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand objectives and respond thoughtfully
• Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus!
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday – Saturday 8am to 9pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
