Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
• Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment 
• Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
• Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
• Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Establish genuine connections with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
• Ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully
• A proactive and goal-oriented work ethic is a must
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday through Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturday 8am – 8pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during our normal business hours. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person and over the phone, and occasionally working outdoors.
