A Scottsdale car dealership is looking for an experienced Sales/Desk Manager.

Primary Job Duties:

• Supervise and assist in the sales process, supporting sales consultants with customers when needed
• Lead your team to be successful through training, coaching and professional development activities
• Work with the sales team to set and achieve individual and dealership sales goals; assist with closing deals as needed
• Ensure customers are greeted and helped promptly and address any concerns professionally
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring they enjoy a positive car buying experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and driving repeat and referral business
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local regulations

Requirements:

• 2 years of dealership sales/desk manager experience
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a small sales team
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to communicate with employees and customers effectively, and manage conflict demonstrating sound judgement and problem solving abilities
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to achieve goals with strong closing abilities
• Strategic, efficient and contributes to an innovative company culture
• Open availability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings and Saturdays
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Required to pass pre-employment screenings including a drug test and background check

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
