In this role, you will be an important the link between our customers and the vehicles they are interested in. You will assist CBB's customers with questions regarding our company, respective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about a wide variety of vehicles and software technologies for the automotive industry. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and assign leads to sales department
• Assist sales staff in responding to customer requests
• Monitor and ensure proper lead responses to customer inquiries
• Confirm sales appointments
• Monitor incoming email and texts responses to sales staff and respond when needed
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Work directly with the Internet Director in accomplishing daily duties and tasks as assigned 
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Become an expert in our CRM and mobile applications to be able to train and assist staff with questions and issues.

Qualifications

• Required: At least one (1) year experience in Automotive Sales or BDC 
• Excellent Customer Service skills required
• Ability to complete tasks on time and without direct supervision
• Excellent phone skills
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Weekend availability
• Must have strong computer skills and learn/adapt to software quickly
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
