Position Overview:

As a Tow Truck Dispatcher at Chancey's Towing & Recovery LLC, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching towing and recovery services to our customers. Your ability to manage high-pressure situations, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service will be essential to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and dispatch software.

Dispatch tow trucks to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have all necessary information and resources for each service call.

Communicate with customers to provide estimated arrival times and updates on service progress.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer information, and billing details.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize dispatch operations and improve service delivery.

Monitor the status of ongoing service calls and adjust dispatch assignments as needed.

Assist in maintaining and organizing dispatch equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in towing, dispatch, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Proficiency with dispatching software and computer applications.

Familiarity with local geography and navigation tools.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid driver's license.
