Skills and attributes for success
- Developing scopes of work for the government's review/approval to address facility deficiencies and/or repairs
- Providing budget and construction cost estimates and supporting documentation to process changes and/or in support of stand-alone statements of work for project approval by the government
- Providing technical and functional reviews of designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they are in alignment with best practices and applicable codes and unified facilities criteria
- Utilizing the department's electronic project management system to develop, route, and document files, reports, and related project-related documentation
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience with similar scope and scale projects
- RPE or Registered Architect license
- Excellent communication skills
