Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and on-site personnel
- Evaluate and manage material procurement
- Manage fabrication of millwork and casework production at main facility
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Conduct project post-mortems and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Preferred 3-5 years of management experience in the similar industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
