Our client a Professional Services in Corporate Administration is is looking for a Facilities Manager.

Work Responsibilities include:

Manage Office Operations

Conduct regular walkthroughs.

Maintain workstations and offices with Space Planning

Coordinate Office Moves for various departments.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance finances, budgets activities, expense, and inventory levels.

Manage Vendors who would perform work on the facility as well as review quotes for new equipment.

Maintain Vendor relationships.

Assist team with related facilities issues.

Prepare operational and capital budgets in collaboration with the finance department.

Manage capital and operations projects through its entire life cycle: new and existing space.

Coordinate and manage large moves add and change activities with multiple trades as well as events related to facilities

Salary up to 120K with excellent benefits

Ability to work from home one or two days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
