Overview:
Must have strong public relations skills and ability to relate well with difficult personalities. Must be able to answer incoming phone calls, return missed calls and respond to voicemails
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Experience in administrative tasks is a plus
