We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental office management software (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix)
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Maintain patient records in an organized manner
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders or post-treatment follow-ups

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental office
- Proficiency in using dental office management software (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient inquiries professionally
