[Job Description]
- Directly supervises Production team lead & line workers by providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Assess the performance of production staff(Attendance, Schedule adherence, Efficiency, Quality).
- Develop operational reports(Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and publish to upper management and client.
- Manages production operations including all activities of the shop floor and follows established procedures and approved processes.
- Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results and works to continually improve in all areas.
- Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to client.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
- Take an active role in factory production planning.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Ensures effective employee relations, provides employee coaching and development, and resolves issues through problem resolution.
- Assists in hiring and training production employees and tracks absenteeism and time keeping.
- Participates in reviewing engineering drawings, production processes, and work instructions.
- Participates in production planning meetings, engineering meetings, and scheduling meetings as necessary.
- Drives safety initiatives on the floor and ensures safety standards are maintained.
- Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.
- Identify and resolve significant concerns that could affect or disrupt the production schedule.
- Evaluates and solves production problems, Oversee production to address any arising issues.
- Performs related duties as required and assigned.
- Guarantee that the output aligns with quality benchmarks.
- Structure the workflow to adhere to specifications and timelines.
- Configure client business solutions and make ongoing recommendations.
- Achieve engagement objectives while providing regular internal reports on the status of projects to key stakeholders.
- Direct full life cycle client facing implementation projects, working as project manager.
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice to maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high-quality services.
- Processes development and documents manufacturing work instructions.
- Responsible for targeting clients in automotive or other manufacturing industries to develop managed staffing service, business process outsourcing & solution outsourcing services.
- Identify prospective clients by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific product and services can meet these needs.
- Serve as subject matter expert to lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Collaborate with fellow managers to establish goals and grasp project requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or higher
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with prioritization based on the urgency
- Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners

- Okay to work Monday to Friday office hours Eastern time zone
- No restrictions for domestic and overseas business trips
