Responsibilities:

- Perform the reconditioning duties following established safety protocols.

- Inspect facemasks for damage, wear, or other issues to be removed from orders.

- Work with managers to establish and prioritize work flow.

- Maintain accurate records of facemask inventory and reconditioning activities.

- Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, suggesting ideas for process optimization and efficiency.

- Perform all work in compliance with Green Gridiron's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.

- Steel toe boots and proper protection required to be worn daily.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Clean driver’s license required.

- Smoke free environment.

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (60lbs over head) and equipment.

- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
