Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Collaborate with General Manager and Revenue Manager to ensure alignment of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and develop improvement strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships
