Salary

Cripple Creek, CO, US

Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 

Shift: Daytime shift available 7 days a week

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate development and production activities of the computerized management technical information department by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

House Policies and Procedures and the Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations.

  • Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes the use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, and identifying unsafe conditions, as directed.
  • Consult with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, determine the scope and priorities of projects, and discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
  • Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
  • Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems and technology policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
  • Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware. 
  • Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions. This is to include the SDS, Windows Server, Vcenter / Vsphere / Hyper-v, and the PC network.
  • Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
  • Develops, maintains, and tests disaster recovery plans.
  • Upgrade systems and corrects to ensure the correct operation after implementation.
  • Conduct studies on implementing new software/hardware to meet current and projected needs.
  • Maintain the LAN system where necessary and perform upgrades when needed. As well as prepare for extended LAN when and where it is needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the hardware and technical components of all systems and computers.
  • Be able to analyze information systems and databases for other departmental needs.

Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License. Must be at least eighteen years of age.
