Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This is a part time position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- - Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical insurance billing and coding.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems .
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively
