EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required.
- Experience working for a non-profit organization, public health sector or community mental health setting is preferred.
- Experience with Paycom highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse partners and audiences.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines.
- Ability to strategically think, analyze and problem solve effectively.
- Strong attention to detail is highly preferred.
