Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Promote and sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about bank products, services, and policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience
- Process loan applications and assist with loan processing tasks
- Conduct basic math calculations for cash handling and account balancing
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities by following bank security protocols

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Sales skills to promote and sell bank products and services
- Relationship management skills to build rapport with customers
- Upselling abilities to identify opportunities for additional products or services
