The CentraCare Pediatric Clinic, located at the Health Plaza provides comprehensive care for children and teens. The clinic consists of Same Day which is an acute walk-in clinic and a regular clinic that sees well child exams, mental health, and other brief office visits. The clinic team includes 20 providers and 25 clinical staff. Many of the nurses/CMAs work one-on-one with providers while others are work on a team which supports a variety different providers and tasks.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Working 64 hours every two weeks
• Monday-Friday shifts between 7:45am and 5:15pm
• Includes every 6th Saturday morning from 7:45am to 12:15pm
• No Holidays

Current Offerings

• Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66/hour higher with experience!
• $2,500 hiring bonus
• $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates

Job Summary:

• Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
• Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff

Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
