Hours:

• 72-80 hours every two weeks
• Shifts: Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Current Offerings:

• Pay rate based on experience
• $2,500 LPN hiring bonus. 
• $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates

What you'll do: 

• Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
• Communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
• Assist Providers with clinic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Health Care team to provide optimal patient care in closing care gaps to promote health and wellness, this includes working with RNs, Lab, Xray, and reception staff. 
• Give injections independently using Immunization guidelines and protocols.
• Use electronic health record, phone and computer skills to chart nursing notes and messages.
• Work with protocols for nurse led triage calls and My Chart messages.
• Use strong teamwork skills and have flexibility with assignments.

Qualifications:

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.

To be eligible for the hiring-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
