The Medical Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Takes and distributes accurate messages. Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes and maintains visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.

Required Qualifications
•Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment
•Minimum of 1-year professional experience as a Medical Receptionist in ‘front-office’ direct patient care contact
•Experience with MS Outlook
•Basic Computer knowledge
•Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
•Willingness to learn and be cross trained in other roles based on business need
Medical Receptionist Working hours:
Scheduled 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Local travel may be required; Mileage is reimbursed
