We are an independent internal medicine office looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to successfully perform daily tasks.

Ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize while strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Ultimately, you need to ensure our office’s smooth operation by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. Previous medical office experience is required. Medical Billing a plus!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Communicate with patients and staff in a professional and cheerful manner
• Ensure complete and accurate information for every patient
• Timely completion of all required forms and verification prior to appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner
• Check-in and Check-out patients
• Verify insurances accurately
• Schedule appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
