SUMMARY

This at-will position reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Centerbase is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing demand generation marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you are responsible for working with the sales team in their respective local markets. Responsibilities include developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Centerbases sales, sales development, and demand generation teams to drive pipeline creation in key geographic territories.

This is a strategy, as well as an execution, role. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop agendas, event schedules and a budget. You will ensure plans align with the overarching product roadmaps, business priorities and Centerbases vision. You will work closely with our sales organization and manage out-of-the-box account-based marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities to close.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support Centerbases demand generation and sales goals through regional demand generation activities (sponsored events, self-owned events, third party programs, etc.)
  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution.
  • Execute on partner co-marketing programs aligned with the respective sales territories.
  • Drive the execution of demand generation and regional territory marketing plans.
  • Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities and campaigns in respective Centerbase-focused territories
  • Work with Event & Partnerships Coordinator to research, plan and maintain Centerbases online calendar for 3rd party industry conferences, webinars and regional field events.
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.
  • Evaluate all campaigns impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for partnering with sales teams to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
  • 10 years' experience in Field Marketing or Event/Tradeshow Execution
  • Versed in CRM tools such as, Marketo, Salesforce, and other office productivity and collaboration tools (M365, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with sales organizations
  • Data-driven, you have a grasp on crucial marketing KPIs and what levers to pull to optimize your campaigns to drive performance
  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
  • Exhibit initiative, a sense of teamwork, ability to multitask, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
  • Embodies strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
  • Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
  • An ability to travel to events
