Roles and Responsibilities :
True Customer Service : Managing a customer in a database. Working with customers daily by email and phone. Speaking ability with articulation and good oral and written skills.
Understanding of a PO's / Contracts : Review terms and make sure they meet expectations. Work in multiple systems gathering or researching data for customers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have HEAVY Excel experience : VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, Edits, Duplicates, Filtering, Sorting Data
Face paced
Pay Range :
The pay range for this position is $25.00- $28.00 per year; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
