Location: Remote, EST working hoursJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $79 - 80 per hourWe're seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign Associate to join our client's Growth team!As part of the team, you'll contribute to our client's suite of products and services designed to support artists, songwriters, labels, managers, and publishers. You'll play a crucial role in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on the Campaign Kit, a set of promotion tools for artists and their teams. The ideal candidate can confidently use Braze and is passionate about empowering artists and shaping the music industry. Responsibilities:Set up and execute multi-channel, multi-step journeys in Braze, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.Develop and quality-assure email templates using liquid logic and HTML/CSS coding, ensuring personalization and adherence to brand standards.Coordinate with engineering and localization teams to translate email content into up to 26 languages.Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization, providing insights to enhance performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Creative to ensure high-quality campaign execution and on-brand messaging.Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to inform strategy and tactics for global campaigns.Maintain the growth campaign calendar and organize tasks using Asana boards to streamline workflow and minimize conflicts.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: BachelorsMinimum 3 years of experience setting up owned channel campaigns in Braze.Basic knowledge of SQL and/or BigQuery preferred.Experience with multilingual email campaigns within the Braze environment.Understanding of growth tactics, strategies, and marketing funnels.Familiarity with the music ecosystem and a passion for supporting artists.Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.QC and localization experience is a plus.Music/streaming industry experience is a plus. JOBID: 1043406#LI-CELLA#LI-SA1#LI-REMOTEEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
