Celestial Hope Rising Services is Hiring an Outreach Specialist Near Baltimore, MD

At Celestial Hope Rising Services, we work with youth, families, and young adults. We specialize in generational trauma, parent-child relationship issues, behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and family conflict. We strive to give our clients the best quality care & treatment to help them have the best quality of life. We want to provide the highest level of service while individualizing every customer and maintaining integrity, fairness, and honesty.

Job Description:

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Community Engagement and Partnership Development:**

- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, pediatricians, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Represent the agency at community events, workshops, and conferences to promote our services and initiatives.

- Collaborate with local communities to identify needs and opportunities for mental health outreach and support.

2. **Program Development and Implementation:**

- Design and implement outreach programs aimed at educating the community about child mental health issues, services available, and methods for early detection and intervention.

- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure programs are effective and meet the mental health needs of children in our community.

3. **Communication and Marketing:**

- Develop and disseminate promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to increase visibility and understanding of our services.

- Manage the agency’s social media presence, creating content that educates and engages the public on child mental health issues.

4. **Training and Education:**

- Organize training sessions for teachers, parents, and other community members on recognizing mental health signs in children and ways to provide support.

- Work with schools to integrate mental health education into their curriculum.

5. **Advocacy:**

- Advocate for policies and practices that support the mental health needs of children and their families.

- Act as a voice for children's mental health within the community, pushing for increased awareness and resources.

6. **Monitoring and Reporting:**

- Track and analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Prepare reports on outreach activities, program outcomes, and community feedback.

### Qualifications:

- Experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a mental health or educational setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to improving children's well-being.
