Description

The Market Development Manager will lead the introduction of the Celebree brand into identified new markets through sourcing potential franchise prospects while supporting the opening of Celebree Hub Corporate location(s). This individual will utilize internal and external partners, including brokers, sales, developers, real estate, and operations, to maximize growth opportunities in their identified area.

This individual must be able to quickly build trust and rapport with community partners and potential franchisees through clear communication. Essential Functions

• Creates, nurtures, and preserves Franchisee relationships ensuring an exceptional experience
• Articulates clear standards and expectations, asks questions, and actively listens. Gives timely and effective feedback
• Inspires a shared vision by setting clear goals and fostering a positive and rewarding environment
• Participates in and lends subject matter expertise in the formation and delivery of Franchisee and Director training
• Communicates the Celebree franchise opportunity to the community
• Creates local partnerships to build trust and rapport within the community
• Ensures that Franchise and Corporate locations uphold and reinforces the brand in a positive manner through crisp visual presentation
• Works closely with the Marketing and Sales Department(s) to create effective plans with identified metrics and goals for measurement in the identified market
• Identifies the need for and ensures consistent utilization of tools, resources, and processes to manage and optimize productivity
• Advises and supports Franchisees with understanding of the Franchise opportunity
• After analyzing the business, formulates strategies and action plans to meet goals and milestones
• Utilizes effective communication techniques to connect with potential franchisees
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Business development or in the education field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Elementary Education, or Early Childhood related field
• Sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in using virtual meeting technology
• Demonstrated success achieving expectations while working remotely and traveling
• Ability to travel locally
