Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. The Performance Improvement Specialist should be able to analyze, develop and implement improvement plans which support the success of the company.
Duties:
- Provide new hire training
- Provide and coach staff as needed
- Routine office site visits
- Point of Contact for MIPS workflow
- Maintenance of Office Forms
- Maintenance of Phone System
- Provide physicians and clinical team with clerical support as needed
- Maintenance of access to messaging system
- Staff and provider support for EHR system (Nextgen)
- Provide backup office coverage
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Support company initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Two years of relevant work experience
