Celebrate Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Saint Joseph, MO

Celebrate Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team in St. Joseph, MO!
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting our dentists chairside during procedures, taking x-rays, maintaining medical documentation, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and record vital signs of patients
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Take dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Perform basic laboratory duties such as pouring impressions and trimming models
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
- Assist with pediatric dental procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable
- Outgoing
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Full Time

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm

Saturday 8am-1pm

Pay will be based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $23.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
