Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment. Duties: - Perform general maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees. - Operate hand tools and power equipment efficiently and safely. - Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs. - Keep walkways and parking lots clean and free of debris. - Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mulching, weeding, and pruning. - Ensure that outdoor spaces are aesthetically pleasing at all times. Qualifications: - Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field. - Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment for landscaping tasks. - Knowledge of lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape upkeep. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to grounds maintenance. - Physical stamina to handle various tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
