Cedar Bear Naturales is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Admin/HR, PT Near Roosevelt, UT

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person for this part time position. Come join our team as Bookkeeper/HR/Office Admin. Working for Cedar Bear is more than just a job. Applicants must be 19 or older and have prior training and experience in Bookkeeping, HR,

Payroll, AR/AP.

20-25 hour/week. Hours are flexible, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to help fit your needs.

Bookkeeping Qualifications/Job Description:

  • Must be very familiar and accurate with QuickBooks and have good computer skills.
  • Must have knowledge and experience on bookkeeping and be familiar with general accounting principles.
  • Must have data entry and record-keeping skills, organizational and communication skills.
  • Will be keeping track of all business financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records and keeping accounting filing system in order.
  • Will handle accounts receivable and accounts payable and reconcile financial books with bank statements monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Will issue monthly, quarterly and annually P&Ls, and financial reports that are ready to be submitted to a CPA firm for taxes and audit purposes.
  • Will handle other bookkeeping duties consistent with this position.
  • Will handle basic HR/Payroll for the Company.

Requirements for the Job:

19 or older. High school diploma, minimum requirement.

Proven bookkeeping experience. BS degree in business admin, accounting, etc., and/or equivalent experience required.

Proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks, Excel, etc. 

Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
