About the Job:

Cedar Bear Naturales is seeking a competent assistant to be part of our team that produces (inventories, bottles, labels, and prepares for shipping, etc.) dietary supplement herbal products.

The manufacturing assistant is responsible for assisting in various manufacturing processes, ensuring that production standards are met, maintaining equipment, and complying with safety regulations and FDA standards.

This position is for 32 hours/week, and up to 40 hours.

6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday.

Requirements for the Job:

18 or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Proficient in basic computer skills.

Must speak/read/write English.

Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and work well with others, collectively as a team as well as independently.

Strong problem-solving skills, practical skills, and ability to attend to tasks with attention to detail.

Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during the shift is required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Will assist in all aspects of production of Cedar Bear products.

Work in collaboration with the manufacturing team to meet production targets and timelines.

Maintain clean and organized work areas following cleanliness standards and procedures.

Must read employee handbook and follow Company’s policies, which includes signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
