Seeking Help Desk Technicians with work with a reputable, high-education client. This is a 6 month contract, onsite opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by faculty, staff, and students.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and address technical problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software systems according to established guidelines.
Must-Have:
- Troubleshooting experience with hardware and networking issues
- Experience with installing, deploying equipment
