We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This person will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the seamless recruitment of top talent to support our business objectives. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire exceptional candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the main point of contact for candidates and keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, assigning badges, and assisting with training sessions.
  • Track the progress and performance of new hires for at least 90 days, gathering feedback from hiring managers and team members to assess their integration and success.
  • Identify any challenges or issues faced by new hires during the onboarding period and work with relevant stakeholders to address them effectively.
  • Analyze recruitment and onboarding data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancing the overall talent acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Training department to aid in seamless and thorough onboarding and training experience for new hires.
  • Collect, analyze, and present metrics including, but not limited to Time-to fill, Cost-per-hire, Acceptance rate, Diversity, Candidate experience, NPS, Hiring manager satisfaction
  • Participate in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Other HR responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Verbal communication, in person and by phone.
  • Walk through manufacturing facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
