CDF Distributors is searching for a Customer Support Rep to join our Customer Support Team. We are a family-owned company who is searching for the perfect candidate to fit with our fun, winning team! Knowledge of doors is not required. We're looking for someone who is happy to be a team player and eager to get the job done. The Candidate will go through a Customer Service training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems, and product knowledge.
Daily duties include actioning customer service calls by providing order updates, recording customer satisfaction data, reviewing sales orders, processing sales orders, resolving Issues, troubleshooting technical problems, handling customer complaints, and answering general product and service-related questions.
The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent attendance, and an eagerness to learn.
