Old Town Clinic provides treatment for acute and chronic health concerns/primary care, mental health support, care for substance use disorders and an on-site pharmacy. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) The PMHNP works collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing outpatient SUDS and Mental Health services.
A strong background in mental health and addiction medicine is strongly preferred. Experience working with homeless and underserved populations is strongly preferred. Successful applicants will understand the value of harm reduction and low-barrier buprenorphine prescribing and will be flexible and responsive to highly vulnerable patients.
Join our team as a PMHNP at our Old Town Clinic and Mobile Medical Unit! This position will work 2 days in our Old Town Clinic and 2 days with our Mobile Medical team!
