CC Young, a vibrant senior living community and a non-profit leader in senior living and Health Care is seeking an energetic, passionate, hard-working and fun Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to be responsible for maintaining all financial and admissions files for residents, daily census tracking, co-insurance billings, long-term care insurance billings and monthly processing of all billing transactions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinates daily census with the Admissions Coordinator to verify and ensure accuracy.
• Maintains status change records and all resident files.
• Ensures the accurate and timely billing of Co-Insurance and Private Pay receivables.
• Prepares and submits an aging of AR report.
• Monitors, tracks and collects outstanding AR.
• Compiles, verifies and submits information/documentation for long-term care billing, Medicare and insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates in accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable/ billing and general ledger is required.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Outstanding customer service skills for interaction with all levels of Company, Resident, Guest and Vendor personnel.

Pay Range: $19.00- $27.50
