Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office functioning.
Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars
- Assist in maintaining office files and records
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
