As an Office Administrator/Tenant Services Coordinator, you must wear multiple hats and maintain excellent organizational skills. An office administrator will facilitate day-to-day tasks and will be relied on for scheduling, organizing, and running the office. Your day-to-day work will be unpredictable and will involve a lot of problem solving and critical thinking, placing a strict emphasis on communication, escalation, and decision-making ability. Interpersonal skills are a must have as you will communicate with tenants, vendors, and rent subsidy organizations regularly and following up is the most important part of the business. ***This role is an entry level role, but there are many growth opportunities within the company in a short period of time.

Summary:

-Keep track of inspections, rent increases, tenant correspondence

-Organizing day to day operations to ensure smooth business processes

-Work closely with current office administrator to learn important processes of the company

-Keep track of tenant applications and income requirements

-Manage day to day interactions with tenants

-Perform all document production and distribution

-Interpret monthly A/R reports and draft notices to be sent out to tenants for delinquencies

-Work closely with CFO, COO, Maintenance Team to ensure organization

-Draft and review leases to ensure accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.22 - $24.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
