As a Call Center Operator, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with assistance and information. You will be responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyse customer needs to recommend products or services
- Up sell products or services to increase sales revenue

Skills:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
