Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

We currently seek a Peer Support Specialist - for Access to Care at our Mesa location.

An Access to Care Peer Support Specialist (PSS) is an individual who provides experience, strength, and hope to individuals, their families, and significant others who are seeking help for themselves or their loved ones. The Access to Care PSS is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist who has passed CBI’s comprehensive PSS Certification Program. He or She serves as that single point of contact assisting the caller with navigational services throughout Community Bridges Network of services and provides a variety of referrals and resources in the community.

Skills & Requirements:

• The Peer Support Specialist is an individual who is in recovery from substance use for an appropriate period of time (greater or equal to 12 consecutive months).
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
