We are searching for a assistant store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and providing excellent customer service.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensuring company policies are followed
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Training, and developing new employees
• Working closely with the Store Manager to lead staff.
• Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
• Maintaining store to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
