About the Job
Our company works to bring in millions of views daily on YouTube, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Manager to bring our creative ideas to life. As a Content Manager, you'll lead a team of 4-5 writers, managing the workflow from idea generation to production with an eye towards visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include developing fun, lighthearted, and comedic scripts that target an audience of viewers aged 5-15, researching previous successes and current trends to create viral video frameworks, and ensuring the logical flow and consistent tone of all writing produced by the writing team.
