Job Summary:

Searching for a creative and organized Graphic Design Intern to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, design brand collateral, and create visual content for our hotels' various platforms. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing design files into SharePoint, ensuring that all design work is easily accessible and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures that effectively communicate our brand messaging and promotions.
• Design brand collateral such as logos, business cards, and email signatures that maintain brand standards and visual identity.
• Assist with the creation of digital content such as social media graphics, email newsletters, and website banners.
• Work with marketing and other departments to develop design concepts and ideas that support our various initiatives.
• Organize design files into SharePoint, ensuring that all design work is well-organized and easily accessible.
• Assist with other design-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint or other file management systems is a plus.
