* Work as part of University Marketing (UM) creative staff to create and produce graphic work for all areas of campus as assigned.
* Assist with project requests and collaborate with departments across campus to update and optimize creative deliverables.
* Using design technology to help visually communicate complex ideas and processes.
* Ensure all designs adhere to overall university brand standards, procedures and best practices while delivering innovative, quality design.
* Maintain quality control in work, including an understanding of applicable production specifications.
* Collaborate with internal clients to design and deliver high-impact design concepts.
* Organization and project folders and photography within the UM archive system.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education: Major or minor in design, art, photography, communications, marketing, or related field.
Experience:
* Knowledge of and proficiency with Macintosh OS X, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote; and related programs and systems
* Knowledge of and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
