Lipscomb University is Hiring an University Event Setup Assistant (Temporary) Near Nashville, TN

Set-up and breakdown of the necessary equipment for each event
Learn various room set-ups and configurations, and be able to interpret set up diagrams and instructions
Provide guests with outstanding service by remaining alert and responsive to their requests
Respond calmly and effectively to on-the-fly client requests for set up alterations
Maintain working knowledge of equipment and inventory
Assist with equipment and facility upkeep and report maintenance issues
Must be knowledgeable in the safe and proper handling of all equipment (including vehicles) helping to prevent injuries and/or damage to equipment.

Available to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekends and potential academic holidays
Able to push, pull and lift moderate to heavy weight consistently throughout the shift
