Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, billing, staff management, schedule management, and human resources.

Duties:

- Manage the overall operations of the medical practice

-Patient flow and clinic operation
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee staff scheduling and training
- Monitor and manage financial aspects including budgeting and billing
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate utilization management and optimize resource allocation
- Handle human resource functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospital or medical office setting

-EMR knowledge
- Knowledge of critical care practices and medical terminology
- Strong background in healthcare management
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and utilization management
- Ability to oversee human resource functions effectively
