As a Regional Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing loan officers to the next level of success.

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Regional Manager who is eager to expand their region by establishing new branches and attracting self-generating retail loan officers to join Castle & Cooke Mortgage. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.
  • Lead, manage, and train Branch Managers and loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.
  • Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.
  • Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.
  • Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.
  • Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.

Competencies:

  • Strong Leadership Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
  • Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Retail Mortgage Industry
