The Casper/Natrona County International Airport has an opening for a fulltime Lead Grounds Technician within the Maintenance Division. This position will include all facets of maintenance duties as well as maintaining the airport grounds, mowing, lawn care, irrigation system, sprinkler system, weed and pest control, tree trimming/care, and snow removal. Operating mid-sized and large snow removal equipment during winter storms will be required. Medium and heavy equipment operation experience is a plus as this position will require the use of machinery and equipment. Computer skills are a plus as well as good interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance required. High School Diploma or GED, and valid WY driver license required. Must obtain an applicators license within 2 years. Applicants must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening. Work hours are typically 4, 10-hour days, 6:30 am-5:00 pm, and the position will require some overtime work. Pay is dependent upon experience/qualifications. Excellent benefits package available including paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and paid retirement in the Wyoming Retirement System.
