The Dental Call Center Bilingual Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients and dental providers, providing assistance, information, and support in both English and Spanish. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a great customer service experience for all patients and potential patients.
